Furthermore, Capuli Club. may retain and continue to use indefinitely all information (including User Content) contained in your communications to other Users or posted to public or semi-public areas of the Service after termination or deactivation of your User account.

Capuli Club does not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register as Users.
