If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We want to make sure that you are happy with our products.
We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

- Food - all of our teas are non refundable but if you have an issue with them for whatever reason please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Send an email to email@example.com with your order number and reason for return.
- The refund will occur that same day but the fund will not be available until issued by bank.
- If customers are just looking to exchange a product additional shipping and handling costs may apply.
- If returns are lost or damaged we will send you a new item.
